CLASSES SERVED WARM, HOT, or ROOM TEMP...
SERVED HOT OR WARM?
At Transcend Yoga & Wellness we offer infrared heat in our Hot, Warmish, and Warm classes. How is this different? Infrared head is directly absorbed into the tissues, which raises the body's core temperature inducing a powerful sweating response. How does it feel different? Because the tissues of the body are heating, the air does not need to heat as much, making the benefit of infrared heat available even to those with low heat tolerance. We practice yoga in a hot room, 34-36 degrees Celsius, Warmish 24-25 degreed Celsius, and Warm 28-30 degrees Celsius in order to stimulate detoxification of the internal organs and increase flexibility and endurance.
Perhaps sunbathing at the beach is not your thing? Try any class offered at room temperature.
